Our shipping fees are changing (just a little). Here’s why.

Since 2020, we’ve chosen not to change our delivery fees — even as our shipping partners gradually increased their rates.
Our priority has always been to offer you a reliable, fast service at the fairest possible price, with no added costs.

But today, after more than 4 years without any adjustments, we’re now forced to slightly revise our shipping rates.

Why now?

Since 2020, transport costs (Chronopost, La Poste, and other shipping partners) have steadily gone up.
Until now, we’ve absorbed those increases to keep our shipping fees attractive and stable.
But after more than 4 years without a single change, we can no longer avoid adjusting our prices to reflect the updated carrier rates.

What’s not changing

  • We don’t apply any margin to shipping: you pay exactly what it costs.
  • We continue to negotiate with our transporters to offer the most competitive rates possible.
  • Our commitment to service quality, fast handling, and delivery tracking remains unchanged.
